Suppliers and vendors

A way in for people outside the company

Suppliers and vendors, contractors and agency workers, former employees, job applicants and customers can report from the company's page without an account, once the company switches it on.

What they get

No account, a way back in

A reference and an access code, shown once, and an optional PIN of their own. Together they open the report again from Check a report.

Replies and questions

They read what the case team writes and answer it, add details, ask to meet or ask for the report to be closed.

Files, cleaned

Up to 10 files of 25 MB each. Hidden details such as location and author are stripped before anything is stored.

Email updates, if they want

An optional note by email when something changes. The address is kept sealed, apart from the report.

A poster for the gate

An A4 QR poster in any of the six languages, with English underneath, that opens the page for reporting without an account.

A kiosk tablet

A tablet at a gate or canteen, with picture tiles, prompts that can be read aloud, and dictation in six languages. It clears itself and keeps nothing on the tablet.

Questions and answers, with no account

The case team writes to a reporter with no name on file. Sample names and words.
The law

The law it helps with

EU Directive 2019/1937, Art. 4

What it asksProtection for people who learn of wrongdoing through work, including contractors, suppliers' staff, the self-employed, job applicants and former workers.

What the product doesA channel for each of them, without needing an account at the company.

EU Directive 2019/1937, Art. 9

What it asksFeedback to the reporter within 3 months of the acknowledgement.

What the product doesThe same clocks run on every report, with or without an account, and the reporter reads the feedback with the access code.

A summary, not legal advice. Your lawyers will know which rules apply to your company.

Said plainly

  • Reporting without an account is off until the company switches it on. Kiosk tablets work either way.
  • A confidential report without an account needs contact details, so the case team can reach the person.
  • No English version is made for these reports: the case team reads them in the language they were written in.
  • Voice here is dictation only. The words are typed for the person, and no recording is kept.
  • Lose the access code and nobody can find the report: it is linked to no one. Make a new report and mention the old one.
