Case management

Every case in one place, sorted by the law's clock

Reports land in one inbox with their risk, owner and next legal deadline. Each case has its own workspace, and the big decisions need a second person.

What it does today

One inbox

All cases, Waiting on me, approvals and closed. Filter by category, risk, stage, owner, location, label or overdue, as a table or a board, and change many cases at once.

A workspace per case

The report and the conversation with the reporter, the investigation and evidence, and the full history of the case, on one page.

The law's clocks

Acknowledge in 7 days, feedback within 3 months, a decision in 90 days, a reporter's question answered in 7 days, and the POSH Act's own steps. Reminders at 50% and 80%, then escalation.

Two people for the big decisions

Closing a case, revealing a name, more time on a deadline, reopening and a notice to the person named can each need a second person, set per category and risk.

Playbooks

Step-by-step guidance for each kind of concern, with the reason and the law behind every step.

Letters and labels

Five kinds of letter in six languages, made from the case and kept exactly as sent. Labels to sort cases, including a legal hold.

How it works

  1. Accept

Accepting a case acknowledges the reporter, starts triage and makes you the owner. The law gives 7 days.

  2. Triage

Set the risk and tag anyone involved, so they lose access. A report about senior leadership goes straight to the Audit Committee chair.

  3. Investigate

Follow the playbook, plan interviews, gather evidence. Clocks remind you before anything slips.

  4. Decide and close

Record the finding. Where the matrix says so, a second person approves before the case closes.

  5. Feed back

Tell the reporter what was done within 3 months. Check-ins follow at one, three and six months.
