Say what happened, safely, in your own words

Raise a concern in a few minutes, in your language, with or without your name. The case team has to acknowledge it within 7 days, and you can follow it, answer questions and add details at any time.

What you get

You choose who sees your name

Anonymous, confidential or open. Signing in is a 6-digit code sent to your work email, with no password to remember.

Your language, typed or spoken

English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati or Arabic. Talk instead of typing, and keep a recording with your voice changed, or the words only.

Talk it through first

Not sure how to put it? Tell the assistant in your own words. It asks a few questions, one at a time, suggests a category and shows a draft. Nothing is sent until you press Send.

Follow it and reply

My reports shows each report's progress and its deadlines. Messages from the case team come to you, and you can reply, even when you are anonymous.

Ask before you report

Not sure if something is a problem? Ask the compliance team, anonymously if you like, and get an answer within 7 days.

A private diary

Note what happens, with dates, encrypted and out of the case team's reach. Copy from it into a report only if you decide to.

Quick exit

The red button, or Esc twice, leaves at once, clears what you typed and ends your session.

Report together

A colleague who saw the same thing adds their account to your report with a one-time code.

Checked on afterwards

One, three and six months after your case closes, you are asked whether anything has changed for you at work. Say so and the case team hears at once.

The law

The law it helps with

EU Directive 2019/1937, Art. 19 to 21

What the product doesCheck-ins after a case closes, and retaliation can be reported as a case of its own.

Companies Act 2013, s.177

What it asksSafeguards against victimisation for the people who use the vigil mechanism.

What the product doesReporting without a name, sealed identities, and reports about senior leadership sent to the Audit Committee chair.

POSH Act 2013, s.9

What it asksA complaint of sexual harassment within three months of the incident, which the committee can extend by three more.

What the product doesA clear way to the Internal Committee, in your language, with the dates you noted in your diary.

A summary, not legal advice. Your lawyers will know which rules apply to your company.

Said plainly

  • Your company decides who may sign in, and whether people can also report without an account.
  • Anonymous protects your name, not the details. If only a few people could know something, mentioning it can point to you.
  • Reporting in good faith is protected even if you turn out to be wrong. Retaliation against you is a breach of policy and the law, and you can report it.
