Show the Board the programme, never the people

The numbers come straight from the cases: how many reports, how fast they were handled, what was found. Small numbers are hidden before they leave the system, so nobody can be singled out.

The annual report: reports received and closed, acknowledged in 7 days, average days to close, by category, outcome and how reporters chose to be known

What it does today

A dashboard

New, open, due soon and overdue cases, twelve weeks of new reports, time to close, and what needs attention first: Critical and overdue cases, then reports nobody has accepted.

The Board report

Reports received and closed, time to acknowledge and to close, outcomes, categories, locations and the trend, for any financial year, quarter or calendar year. Download it as PowerPoint.

Small numbers hidden

A count under the company's threshold (3 by default, up to 10) shows as fewer than that, and a second number is hidden too so the first can't be worked out by subtraction.

Annual reports

The vigil mechanism table, the POSH annual report in the Rule 14 order, and the BRSR tables for Principle 5, with figures the company adds.

A spreadsheet of the cases

The case list as a spreadsheet: facts only, never report text or names.

Counts across a group

A parent company sees counts from each company in the group that chooses to share them.
