- Talk it through first. Saathi asks one question at a time, then you check and send.
- Report together. Two or more people can send one report.
- A first reply within 7 days. The case team promises it, and the portal counts the days.
- Your files stay sealed. Encrypted. Only the case team can open them.
- Quick exit. One click, or Esc twice, opens a weather page. Back won't bring this one back.
